When you arrive at Bowdoin you will meet with your liberal arts advisor, review your schedule and make any changes. Your liberal arts advisor is a faculty member who will provide academic guidance during your first four semesters (at that point you declare a major and switch to a major advisor). 

You’ll be able to find out who your advisor is in Workday after returning from your orientation trip. You will meet your advisor on Monday, August 31 before classes start.
